Kyoto Gion Night Tour

Experience Gion at Its Most Atmospheric
The Beauty of Gion Begins After Sunset

Long before Gion night tours became popular, we introduced this unique experience to international travelers through major online travel agency (OTA).

At the time, we were the only tour operator offering a dedicated nighttime walking tour of Gion.

Since then, we have guided thousands of guests through Kyoto’s enchanting streets after dark, helping visitors discover a side of the city that many travelers never experience.

During the day, Gion is lively and filled with visitors from around the world. The bustling atmosphere, traditional architecture, and famous landmarks make it one of Kyoto’s most popular destinations.
But when the sun sets, Gion transforms.

Although many temples and shrines have closed for the evening, the district takes on a quieter, more mysterious charm.

The crowds begin to fade, and the historic streets reveal a peaceful beauty that can only be experienced at night.
Soft lantern light reflects off traditional wooden buildings. Narrow stone pathways become tranquil and atmospheric.
The sounds of the city fade into the background, allowing you to appreciate the elegance and timeless character of Kyoto in a completely different way.

Since launching our Gion Night Tour, we have introduced countless international visitors to the unique beauty of Kyoto after dark. For many guests, it becomes one of the highlights of their entire trip.
